Experience Tuning Fork - Sound Therapy
A unique form of Energy Medicine using sound waves produced by tuning fork vibrations in your bio-magnetic field that surrounds the body. Sound therapy works through your body by using acoustic waves and physical vibrations that travel through your skin, tissues and water in your cells to promote deep relaxation, bringing you out of "fight-or-flight" back into a balanced "rest-& digest" state.
This vibrational modality offers a gentle, complementary way to support your nervous system, shift emotional patterns, connect with inner guidance and rebalance body systems.Weighted forks can be placed on the body, like a "sonic massage" feeling deeply grounded & relaxing.
Unweighted forks can be used around the body, in the biofield, with sound picking up areas of tension and assisting in gentle release.
Sound can also be used to clear stagnant/old energy from the places we live. ie: rooms, homes, sheds, buildings and business premises.
Improve sleep quality, enhancing cognitive clarity
Muscle relaxation and pain relief
Strengthen immune function, rebalancing mind, body, spirit connection
Releasing limiting belief patterns
Post injury recovery
Ease stress, tension & overwhelm
Relaxing - Rejuvenating - Resortative
Sound -Space clearing for your home and business.
